Iacopo Vivarelli - SUSY searches at the LHC Run 2
RTG Seminar on February 17, 2016
The increase in centre-of-mass collision energy at the Large Hadron Collider has opened yet another frontier for the search or production of supersymmetric particles in proton-proton collisions. This unique chance for high energy has been exploited by the CMS and ATLAS collaborations, which have quickly produced compelling results using all proton-proton collisions data collected in 2015. In this seminar, I will review the most relevant new results, and try to give a prospect on what the whole LHC run 2 will tell us on supersymmetry.
